Our common sense Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be really happy with your purchase. If not, we'll try our best to sort it out for you.
"It was broken when it arrived/It doesn't work"
Simply return the item in its original condition as instructed below ensuring it reaches us within 21 days of you receiving the item.
Please include details of your name, postcode and invoice/order number (on the invoice in your parcel) and a note of why you're returning the item, and we'll refund or replace it as soon as possible. This may take a few days as we may have to re-order the goods. (see below re CD cases).
"The CD case was broken when I received it"
Who wants to return a whole CD just for a broken case – simply email firstname.lastname@example.org within 21 days of receiving your order along with your name, address, invoice/order number & date plus a request for a new case and we'll pop one in the post to you. If the broken CD case holds more than one CD, please note this in your email plus the name of the album.
"I don't like it/I'm not happy with what I've received"
See the following...but get it back to us within 21 days. Failure to return the unwanted goods within 21 days may result in the cost of recovery being deducted from your refund.
21 not 7 days
The UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states you have the right to cancel the order of an item (by email or post) within seven days of delivery – however, we allow you a little longer – you can send the items back to us as long as we receive them in their original condition within 21 days of you receiving the goods. See below for how to return items to us.
Please note: Unsealed CDs/DVDs/Videos (as most of our product are) are normally exempt from this service. We reserve the right to withhold this refund/exchange service from any customer that is suspected of abusing the service.
Refunds & Exchanges
If you're returning an item that's not faulty, you'll receive a refund (for the cost of the item only) to your credit card/debit card, unless you wish to exchange the items for other products. In this case, an additional postage charge will be made on the replacement items.
Returns can only be accepted back if they are received in their original condition (not including cellophane wrapping on music products). We reserve the right to offer only a partial refund or exchange on items that are damaged or soiled.
How to Return Items
IMPORTANT: Please read the conditions above first.
Then simply send the item(s) for return including:
• the invoice you received, or a copy showing your name & invoice/order number.

Please note, we must receive the items for refund/exchange in their original condition within 21 days of you receiving them.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered an item to you in error or the item is faulty. To ensure valuable goods reach us, you may also wish to use a recorded delivery service or a certificate of posting as we can, of course, only give refunds or exchanges for goods we actually receive.
Postage stamps will be sent for refunds of £5 and less. For amounts more than £5 refunds can be made back to a credit/debit card.

Kingswayshop, part of Kingsway provides downloadable sheet music in PDF format (full piano score with words and chords) as well as MP3 audio files.
Check it's the right song
You can easily ensure that you are purchasing the correct song before adding it to your basket by reviewing the full lyrics on the song's page in the store.
You can also double-check this by clicking on the "play button" on most songs to hear a 30 second sound sample of the song.
All sheet music and MP3 sales are final. The Kingswayshop service commences immediately when you begin to download sheet music or MP3’s from Kingswayshop and you will not have a right to cancel your contract once the service commences. Consequently, please ensure you have chosen the correct song(s) before purchasing.
This does not affect your statutory rights – for example if any product or service provided by us is misrepresented, mis-sold, or unfit for use.
